More on Leadership.

A leader is someone who makes Shure everything go's well. One very good leader for example is Nelson Mandela, He has tried everything he could to bring freedom to south Africa.

Not everyone can be a good leader, unless if they are smart enough.
Leaders deliver business results....Yes.
People who get to the top do get to be leaders.
Leaders coach their employees.

  • They selectively show their weaknesses. By exposing some vulnerability, they reveal their approachability and humanity.
  • They rely heavily on intuition to gauge the appropriate timing and course of their actions. Their ability to collect and interpret soft data helps them know just when and how to act.
  • They manage employees with something we call tough empathy. Inspirational leaders empathize passionately—and realistically—with people, and they care intensely about the work employees do.
  • They reveal their differences. They capitalize on what's unique about themselves.
  • Yes Nelson Mandela is in this order ^.
Yes That is in good order ^.
    Inspiring someone is better.

    Leadership.

    Delegative Leadership

Delegative leaders allow group members to make decisions. This style is best used in situations where the leader needs to rely on qualified employees. The leader cannot be an expert in all situations, which is why it is important to delegate certain tasks out to knowledgeable and trustworthy group members.
